Touch Football

Jesse Walker

An Australian Junior Touch Football representative, Jesse possess outstanding athletic qualities and an extensive knowledge of the sport. Since taking up coaching junior touch, Jesse has had success with the Central Coast Dolphins Touch Association. 

 

As a player, Jesse made valuable contributions to the Sydney North Boys Touch Teams throughout his years of representation. He played at the U15 level in 2021 and was selected in the Opens Boys Team in 2023 and 2024. His remarkable performance at the 2024 NSWCHS State Championships earned him a spot on the NSWCHS Open Boys Touch team, competing at the National Youth Championships.

 

A hard worker who plays in the middle, Jesse was named as the Club Captain for Central Coast Dolphins and the Junior Regional Club Captain for the Hunter Western Hornets for the 2023/2024 season. He is a current member of the NSW Touch Emerging Blues squad for the 2025 State of Origin series and a member of the Australian Emus 20’s Boys squad. Jesse represents the Central Coast Dolphins Touch Association at Mens Premier League Level.

Netball

Jen Wright

Jen Wright is an accomplished and passionate netball coach with extensive experience across all levels of the game. As the Head Coach of the NSW U19 State Team and a specialist coach with the NSW Swifts, she brings elite-level expertise to developing young athletes. Her dedication extends from grassroots coaching with NetSetGO  to talent identification for Netball NSW, where she helps shape the future of the sport.

 

Jen’s ability to recognise and nurture talent has made her a key figure in selecting representative teams for both independent and public schools. A graduate of the Elevate High Performance Coaching course through the AIS, she is committed to continuous professional growth. With her enthusiastic and positive coaching style, Jen inspires netballers to build confidence, refine their skills, and reach their full potential both on and off the court.

James Fitzgerald

James has been involved in football on the Central Coast for 24 years across playing, coaching and refereeing.

 

James has had a broad range of coaching experiences having been involved in many different levels and different types of programs, clubs & academies. These include Central Coast Football Academy, Northern NSW Futsal Central Coast, Central Coast United, Barcelona Academy Sydney, Central Coast United and Football Australia.

 

Whilst on this football coaching journey James has worked alongside many former professional players and current coaches including Dean Heffernan and Matthew Crowell whilst at Central Coast United, Central Coast Football Academy and Soccer5s, Andre Gumprecht through Central Coast United, Nick Montgomery through Soccer5s, Central Coast Football Academy and The Football Grounds, Wayne O'Sullivan at Central Coast United, Brad Porter and Adam Kwasnik through Kanwal Football Club, Jess Vanstrattan through Soccer5s and Ben Cahn through Soccer5s.These roles have James coaching a wide range of age groups from 4 year olds to Seniors, with most of his coaching experience being with groups aged between 12 - 16.

 

James' most recent role through Central Coast United was Junior Development League Technical Director. James holds his Football Australia C-Diploma of Coaching and is currently studying for his Football Australia B-Diploma of Coaching.
